Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workflow and technology assessments with health systems to identify digital HIT solutions (e.g., EHR-embedded tools) that improve care pathways and outcomes across the patient journey.
- Develop and lead integration of digital HIT solutions (including diagnostic, referrals, and disease management workflow) and other educational resources to support patient identification, diagnosis and treatment workflows, and outcomes tracking within U.S. health systems.
- Collaborate with Strategic Accounts, Market Access, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional field teams to integrate informatics capabilities into account planning, health systems strategies, launch planning, and lifecycle management.
- Identify and develop strategic collaborations with HIT vendors, digital health partners, and ecosystem stakeholders where appropriate.
- Support population health and data-driven initiatives aligned to portfolio strategy and therapeutic priorities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences, healthcare, business, health information systems, or related field; Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MS or similar) preferred.
- 8–10+ years of biopharma experience in health informatics; prior experience working within health systems preferred.
- Deep understanding of U.S. health system environments.
- Strong acumen in U.S. healthcare compliance guidelines, laws, and practices.
- Track record of designing and implementing innovative solutions within U.S. health systems via cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to travel to HQ and/or customers (at least 20%).
