Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Specialty

Role: Lead HEOR strategy and project execution for on-market and pipeline assets across US and global markets, representing HEOR on cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: oversee design, conduct, and communication of HEOR projects; develop and implement evidence generation strategies to support label expansion, treatment optimization, and registration; ensure alignment with product strategic plans; manage end-to-end HEOR deliverables; foster partnerships within HEOR COE and engage with senior leadership. Qualifications: advanced degree in health economics or related field; 7+ years in HEOR with 3+ years in clinical development within pharma, CRO, or academia; experience leading complex products, pipeline support, and global cross-functional teams; proven leadership and strategic influence.
