Director, Head of AI Enablement & Automation, HR

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise HR AI Enablement and Automation strategy aligned to workforce experience vision and business priorities.
- Lead identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-driven capabilities and automation across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
- Partner with HR, IT, Digital Product Managers, and business leaders to deliver employee-centric digital experiences improving productivity, efficiency, and engagement.
- Establish and prioritize an AI-enabled workforce experience roadmap based on business value and readiness.
- Drive adoption of generative AI, conversational AI, intelligent automation, workflow orchestration, and machine learning in HR services.
- Develop governance for responsible, ethical, compliant, and secure AI use.
- Define/track KPIs, value realization metrics, and operational outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional transformation to simplify HR processes and reduce manual effort.
- Foster innovation, experimentation, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (HR, Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related); Masterโ€™s/MBA preferred.
- 7+ years leading digital transformation, HR technology/automation/product/HR workforce experience initiatives.
- Experience executing enterprise AI/automation/digital transformation strategy.
- Experience with generative AI, conversational AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and/or RPA.
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams; strong HR process knowledge (Hire-to-Retire).
- Change leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.

Preferred
- Knowledge of HR service delivery models and platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot).
- Experience with AI governance, risk/privacy/compliance, responsible AI frameworks.
- Agile/product-led background; analytics-driven decision frameworks; relevant certifications.
