Role Summary

Director, HCP Marketing - US will lead select HCP-facing strategies and tactics for Arcalyst (rilonacept). The role involves building and executing HCP programs, campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives with high visibility to senior leadership. Based in Lexington, MA with a hybrid schedule (4 days in the office, 1 day remote). Associate Director level consideration may be available depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and develop specific HCP plans in collaboration with market access, field sales, patient services, commercial operations, insights, and analytics
  • Lead projects including HCP Peer-to-Peer strategy & content, Congress strategy and execution planning (booth content, sponsorships, product theaters), HCP digital and NPP strategy/tactics
  • Develop successful HCP campaigns that change behavior and improve patient care
  • Leverage experience in digital/omnichannel HCP campaigns and CRM strategy
  • Manage agency partners and vendors on market research efforts, creation of marketing materials, materials reviews, and budget adherence
  • Drive development and approval of all marketing materials through medical, regulatory, and legal review, and integrate feedback for compliant execution
  • Interact with the HCP and medical community and other stakeholders (advocacy organizations) in collaboration with Medical Affairs
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to meet commercial and corporate objectives and maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape
  • Identify future market dynamics and opportunities to guide the US Strategy

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred; 7+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical brand marketing with at least 5 years in HCP-focused marketing
  • Preferred: Sales and/or sales leadership experience
  • Preferred: Rare disease and specialty pharmacy experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion independently

  • Solutions-oriented with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to champion change and drive innovative thinking
