Director, T1D (T1D Market Access Lead) β€” Global Value and Access Strategy (GVAS)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead payer strategic planning to optimize value and access for early-stage T1D pipeline assets.
- Develop/refine Market Access strategies and core Global Pricing & Reimbursement (P&R) deliverables within cross-functional, cross-regional commercialization.
- Own Global Payer Plans integrating evidence generation, strategic pricing, value communications, and stakeholder engagement to support reimbursement and pricing.
- Ensure payer position is represented to internal stakeholders; provide strategic input into commercialization and development decisions.
- Support strategies using market research, environmental data, and payer/competitive analogs; inform financial forecasts.
- Partner with HEOR and Global Marketing to optimize value proposition and integrated evidence plans for global reimbursement.
- Lead capability-building and thought leadership for the evolving global payer environment.
- Maintain industry awareness and update Market Access plans based on trends, competition, product acceptance, and releases.
- Collaborate with HEOR, International P&R, Corporate Affairs, US Managed Markets, Countries, Marketing, and Clinical Development.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry and/or payer experience.
- Strong knowledge of US and ex-US healthcare systems.
- Strategic thinker with strong pricing and market access judgment.
- Quantitative/analytical skills; understanding of pricing/reimbursement and HEOR principles.
- Experience in commercialization and drug development; Cell & Gene Therapy preferred.
- Strong written/oral communication; effective in highly cross-functional matrix environments.
- Relationship-building across geographies; team-oriented; sound ethics.

Education
- BA/BS with quantitative analysis focus; advanced degree preferred.

Pay Range
- $212,000–$318,000 (eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards).
