Role Overview
The Director, Global Strategy Lead will lead enterprise transformation initiatives across the organization, integrating Strategy and Lean methodologies to drive sustainable business impact. Establish and deploy a structured approach to portfolio management, continuous improvement, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead enterprise strategic planning and Lean continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute a standardized framework to manage transformation initiatives aligned to business strategy and priorities.
- Own and manage an enterprise portfolio of strategic/operational initiatives (prioritization, resource alignment, execution discipline).
- Translate strategy and commercial strategy into actionable roadmaps with milestones, KPIs, timelines, and accountability.
- Partner with CI team and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Customer Experience) to drive execution excellence.
- Drive Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management) and continuous improvement to improve efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Build executive dashboards/reporting; lead portfolio reviews; facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure sustainability via standardization, capability building, and change management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Pharma/Biotech background essential.
- 10+ years’ experience in transformation, strategy, or operational excellence; enterprise-wide transformation in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong strategic execution; Lean expertise; DBS or similar systems strongly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership/facilitation/influencing, analytical problem-solving, communication, executive presentation, change management, and organizational development.
