Role Summary
Director, Global Program Management, Neuroscience TAU in Cambridge, MA. Lead global program management for NS TAU, driving early to late-phase development and lifecycle management programs with cross-functional teams to meet strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and translate GPT strategy into an executable plan; manage risks, influence decisions, and ensure effective governance and communication.
- Collaborate with Global Program Leader and other R&D/Commercial functions to align scientific and commercial strategies with asset strategy and development plans.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives critical to TAU, CoOP, CMSO, and global business objectives; administer team health checks and implement follow-up actions.
- Drive process improvements and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, workflows, and collaboration. May have direct people management responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in science or business; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 10–12 years in pharmaceutical industry with drug development experience; 5–7 years in program management leading complex global projects; strong influencing and communication skills; experience managing matrix teams; English fluency.
- Licenses/Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMI) certification desired.
