Director, Global Program Management

Role: Global Program Manager (GPM), Director, providing leadership for Pfizer product development programs from pre-clinical to lifecycle management. Responsibilities: develop and oversee integrated program plans, manage cross-functional execution, lead risk assessment and mitigation, control budgets, and ensure timely delivery within scope and quality standards. Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. Facilitate stakeholder communication, governance, and team effectiveness, including resource allocation and conflict resolution. Qualifications: Bachelor's in related field with 8+ years or advanced degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MBA) with 7+ years experience; expertise in drug development, strategic planning, and project management methodologies; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. HighValue: experience across the full drug development continuum, including preclinical to regulatory stages, with a focus on cross-functional coordination in biopharma. Knowledge of AI applications in pharma and familiarity with governance processes are preferred. Work setup: hybrid in the U.S.; some travel may be required.
