Director, Global Program Management

Role: The Global Program Manager (GPM), Director leads program management for Pfizer product teams, overseeing asset strategy execution from preclinical to end of life and ensuring alignment across research, development, medical, and commercial functions. Responsibilities: develop integrated program plans, manage timelines, budgets, and risks, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget; utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making and execution; facilitate stakeholder communication and governance; and drive team effectiveness and process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience, or advanced degree with at least 7 years; extensive expertise in drug development, strategic planning, and program management; proficiency in project management methodologies and AI technologies; strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: PMP or equivalent certification; experience in clinical operations and trial execution.
