Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (advanced degree preferred), 10-12 years of industry experience in pharma or biotech, with proven expertise in global R&D program management, clinical-stage assets, and portfolio strategy. Experience in neuroscience or rare diseases is preferred. The position requires strong scientific evaluation skills, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge of drug development processes. The role reports to senior leadership, supports strategic decision-making, and involves domestic and international travel. Located in San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Princeton, NJ, with a hybrid work model.
