Role Summary
Director, Global Process Owner βΓΓ¬ P2P will lead end-to-end process design across Procurement Operations (Req to PO), Vendor Onboarding, and Accounts Payable (Invoice to Pay). Responsible for global process standards, performance monitoring, governance for P2P, and driving Automation/Analytics culture. Collaborates with Strategic Sourcing, Accounting and Legal Operations, Compliance, Internal Audit, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure effective operations and scalable technology-enabled processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, document, implement, and maintain P2P policies and procedures; continuously improve processes for operational excellence
- Assess business requirements, analyze design options, and pursue process simplification and standardization to enable automation
- Own and manage technology roadmap and solutions; ensure optimal use of existing systems
- Establish reporting metrics to measure performance, track initiatives, and drive corrective actions
- Lead cross-functional teams to review and redesign processes to enhance efficiency
- Set strategy with business leaders, define performance objectives, and conduct senior-level debriefs with cross-functional leaders
- Lead change management to ensure smooth implementations with minimal disruptions
- Foster innovative solution design to meet business and technology needs; motivate adoption of new technologies
- Develop inclusive relationships with business unit leaders; act as liaison between senior leaders and process owners
- Maintain accounting control environment; govern policy, reporting, and governance for MBRs/QBRs
- Plan and implement performance improvement initiatives to remedy KPI misses
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with 7+ years in senior management; Director level in a P2P environment
- Experience leading globally distributed teams
- Operational experience using data analytics and automation within P2P
- Experience with SAP Ariba, VIM (preferred)
- Ability to interact with multiple leadership levels and influence senior management in a complex matrix organization
- Self-directed, dynamic, customer-centric change-agent
- Highly collaborative and able to partner with stakeholders to deliver results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and productivity improvements
- BachelorβΓΓ΄s Degree required
- Excellent attention to detail
