Director, Global Oncology Market Access β Alliances
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and implementation of global market access & reimbursement strategy (including GPA) across all indications for assigned oncology pipeline assets; partner with V&I and alliance partners within established ways of working and legal/contract constraints.
- Coordinate V&I input with tumor access leads and CORE to provide market access input into evidence plan generation; support budget impact modeling and clinical economic models as needed; advise on market access/reimbursement needs for new trials, launch indications, and indication expansions.
- Lead access pillars across commercial plans and senior management reviews; support budgets; track launch/competitive and clinical development progress.
- Partner with regional/local market access teams to incorporate country needs into asset Access strategies and V&I plans; define minimum clinical data needed from interim/final analyses for Go To File decisions.
- Lead payer market research; track competitive reimbursement to inform access/pricing tactics.
- Partner with pricing colleagues to transition strategy awareness/support near launch.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in business or science; 7+ years in market access/marketing/market research/pricing-reimbursement/outcomes research/managed markets.
- Knowledge of product development & commercialization; US and ex-US payer environments; experience in complex strategic initiatives; lead cross-functional matrix teams.
Preferred:
- MBA/MS or postgraduate; deep expertise in global oncology and market access & pricing.
Skills:
- Global market access, payer reimbursement, health economics/data analysis, project management, strategic thinking, collaboration.
