The Director, Global Oncology Market Access - Alliances will lead global access and pricing strategy development and execution for new oncology pipeline assets across multiple indications.

Key responsibilities may include:
- Lead development and implementation of market access & reimbursement strategy (including Global Plan for Access, GPA) across indications; partner with Value & Implementation (V&I) and CORE (evidence generation/real-world evidence) leads.
- Coordinate V&I input with tumor access leads; provide market access input into evidence plan generation, including budget impact modeling and clinical economic models when needed; advise on access/reimbursement needs for new trials and indication expansions.
- Coordinate with commercial colleagues on critical access pillars, budgets, and tracking commercial launch/competitive landscapes and clinical development progress.
- Engage regional/local market access teams (especially US) to incorporate country needs into asset access strategies and V&I plans; define minimum clinical data needed from interim/final analyses for Go To File decisions.
- Lead payer market research to inform global access strategy and value dossier development.
- Track competitive reimbursement positioning and tactics to inform access/pricing strategies.
- Work with pricing colleagues to provide strategy awareness and support materials near launch.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in business or science-related discipline.
- 7 years’ experience in market access/marketing/market research/pricing & reimbursement/outcomes research/managed markets.
- Knowledge of product development and commercialization; US and ex-US payer environments.
- Proven success in large strategic initiatives; experience leading cross-functional matrix teams.
- Strong financial/analytical, project management, communication, commercial, and strategic integration skills.

Preferred:
- MBA/MS or other post-graduate degree; deep knowledge of global oncology and market access & pricing.
