Director, Global Medical External Affairs

Role: Serve as a key liaison in global Medical Affairs, leading strategic program management, process optimization, and external stakeholder engagement to enhance scientific exchange and partnerships. Responsibilities: Drive complex cross-functional projects, develop governance frameworks, optimize systems and workflows, and align activities across departments including Ethics, Legal, and Commercial. Support external engagement strategies, coordinate relationships with professional societies, healthcare organizations, and academic institutions, and manage scientific collaborations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop reporting tools, KPIs, and executive presentations, while fostering external partnerships to elevate scientific reputation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, or advanced degree with 8-10 years in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences; demonstrated project leadership, stakeholder influence, and operational excellence. High-Value: Experience in global Medical Affairs, strategic external engagement, collaboration management, process improvement, and healthcare industry knowledge. Working with international stakeholders, supporting scientific and educational initiatives, and familiarity with compliance standards are preferred.
