Role: Global Medical Director for Sjogren’s Disease, leading medical affairs strategy and execution for the Sjogren’s Disease program within Bristol Myers Squibb. Responsibilities: develop and implement global medical strategies, manage medical budgets, collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, market access, and commercial groups, and build relationships with key opinion leaders and professional societies. Lead and develop the Rheumatology medical team, oversee data analysis of Phase 3 clinical trials, partner on evidence generation and real-world studies, and translate scientific data into publications and medical communications. Requirements: advanced degree (MD, PhD, DO, PharmD), 5-7+ years in pharma/biopharma, with experience in medical evidence generation, medical affairs, HEOR, and/or launches; immunology or rheumatology experience preferred.
