Role Summary

Location: Cambridge, MA. The Director, Global Marketing Qfitlia will lead the global Stakeholder Engagement and Education Strategy to support the best-in-class launch of Qfitlia. The role includes developing and executing integrated educational strategies, peer-to-peer programming, and tactics to accelerate adoption, implementing global opinion leader strategy across cross-functional teams and countries, and driving insight generation through advisory boards and cross-functional partnerships. Reports to the Global Brand Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Education Strategy & Content: Develop and execute comprehensive HCP educational strategies to deepen scientific understanding of Qfitlia and amplify real-world clinical experience. Design innovative peer-to-peer formats (case-based learning, interactive workshops) to support clinical decision-making. Partner with the HCP Marketing Lead to align educational content with promotional messaging and manage agencies/vendors to deliver leading educational programs.
  • HCP Engagement & KOL Strategy: Lead global KOL identification, mapping, and engagement planning with cross-functional and affiliate teams; develop strategic engagement plans for doctors, nurses, and other care team members.
  • Congress & Scientific Exchange: Plan and implement scientific exchange programs at major medical conferences, including symposia and workshops; collaborate with Medical Affairs to execute KOL engagement plans for meaningful scientific exchange at congress venues.
  • HCP, Patient and Device Marketing: Lead development of patient-directed materials for ex-US markets; partner on the HCP core campaign, materials, and programs; collaborate with the device team on device messaging creation, training, and pull-through.
  • Insights & Market Research: Orchestrate advisory boards to gather actionable insights and identify knowledge gaps to shape educational strategies; act as marketing liaison to generate insights from market research and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree and 8+ years or Advanced degree (pharmD) with 4+ years of experience in roles supporting pharmaceutical/vaccine products
  • Strong scientific acumen with ability to engage effectively with medical experts and KOLs
  • Proven track record in content development for health care providers
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively across functions, cultures, and countries
  • Experience managing an advertising agency and related budgets
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
