Overview/Role Responsibilities:
- Lead global pricing & market access strategy for the Rare Disease portfolio and selected pipeline assets; ensure consistency of approach across program development, market access, and brand leadership.
- Analyze business cases to support decision-making for all pricing requests for Partner & Emerging Markets (P&EM).
- Manage the Global Pricing System (GPS), including quarterly price updates and portfolio reporting; improve the price approval process and lead change management to make GPS enterprise-ready.
- Develop strategic access plans (access landscape, payer segmentation/strategy, contracting and channel strategy, pricing, distribution, and value proposition).
- Communicate access-specific strategies for incorporation into brand planning.
- Develop commercial-market access strategy with cross-functional input.
- Champion priority access initiatives with meaningful business impact.
- Serve as single point of contact for P&EM pricing strategy discussions and guidance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Regional Market Access, Value & Evidence Strategy, Pricing, Advocacy/Policy, and Legal.
- Lead payer value story development using clinical, health economics, and PRO messages; guide evidence generation with VESt.
- Anticipate competitor moves via innovative market access strategies and tactics; capture and apply branded access learnings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- MBA/MPH/PharmD or Health Economics/Outcomes Research (preferred).
- 10+ years commercial market access experience; 5+ years in rare disease.
- US, EU, and Emerging Market experience in market access, launch pricing, contracting, reimbursement, and specialty distribution.
- Problem-solving/innovation linking strategy to revenue/profit (e.g., LOE, launch, pricing, clinical development).
- Lead cross-functional teams; strong written/verbal communication; C-suite presentation experience.
- Business/scientific acumen, learning agility; matrix influence/relationship building.
- Data-driven access performance tracking; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Pay/Benefits:
- U.S. pay range: $210,000.00–$284,100.00; eligible for annual short-term and long-term incentive.
