Summary
- Creates and executes the overall GHEOR plan for an immunology asset with input from key stakeholders (Clinical Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Statistics, Regulatory, etc.).

Responsibilities
- Lead global health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) in the immunology therapeutic area.
- Develop and execute innovative GHEOR plans, including real-world evidence generation, economic modeling, and patient-reported outcomes assessment.
- Identify opportunities and lead studies to differentiate and enhance value propositions of BMS assets.
- Direct efforts to support market access activities.
- Build relationships with key BMS groups to maximize opportunities.
- Maintain and develop external visibility and relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine, health economics, and outcomes research.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PharmD, MD, or PhD), preferably in a quantitative discipline (epidemiology, health economics, health services research).
- At least 5 years’ experience in outcomes/health economics/health services research, health technology assessment, or epidemiologic studies.
- Demonstrated scientific leadership via peer-reviewed publications using real-world data, economic modeling, and patient-reported outcomes.
- Ability to distill essential elements of complex issues for senior internal/external stakeholders.
- Experience executing post-launch real-world evidence studies in a highly matrixed organization.

Compensation/Benefits (highlights)
- Princeton, NJ: $211,880–$256,748 (additional incentive may be available).
