Director, Global Cost Accounting

Role: Lead cost accounting and global inventory management for a biopharma manufacturing organization, focusing on accuracy, controls, transparency, and operational excellence. Responsibilities: oversee enterprise-wide inventory and COGS close processes, serve as strategic partner to Operations and Finance, manage standard cost frameworks and forecasting integration, conduct gross margin analysis, establish inventory governance, enhance ERP (SAP) strategies, and lead M&A cost accounting integration. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA and/or MBA preferred; 10+ years in cost and inventory accounting within manufacturing, with leadership experience.
