Director, Global Compliance Systems and Analytics

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the business vision and multi-year roadmap for compliance systems and analytics supporting OEC priorities.
- Establish value and outcome measures for systems and analytics (e.g., user adoption, actionable insights, data quality, inspection readiness, risk signal timeliness).
- Own prioritization, business requirements, and value realization across the compliance systems and analytics portfolio.
- Translate evolving compliance obligations and operational needs into practical system and data capabilities.
- Advance compliance analytics foundation (KPI frameworks, dashboards, recurring insights for oversight and leadership decisions).
- Maintain core compliance metrics, dashboards, and key compliance tools in partnership with stakeholders.
- Lead efforts to strengthen data quality, data stewardship, and data documentation.
- Develop actionable analytics with subject matter experts to support monitoring, risk sensing, and operational management (clear, reliable, fit-for-purpose outputs).
- Support periodic reviews and inquiries with timely, defensible data and narrative insights.
- Partner with IT as the primary technology delivery and operations partner.
- Ensure decision rights, handoffs, and accountability across Compliance, IT, Legal, Privacy, and Security for changes affecting compliance systems and data.
- Coordinate with Legal and Privacy on controls, access governance, retention expectations, and auditability requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships (business requirements alignment, service performance, roadmap alignment, value realization).
- Oversee the systems and analytics budget aligned to measurable compliance outcomes.
- Drive alignment across regions and functions on shared standards, common metrics, and consistent system usage.

Minimum Education & Experience
- 12 years of relevant compliance experience with a bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field, or 10 years of experience with a masterโ€™s degree.
