Director, Global Commercialization, Advanced Analytics & AI

Role: Lead the development and governance of AI-enabled analytics within Genmab's Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) to enhance commercial decision-making. Responsibilities: build AI tools, analytics frameworks, and data products; establish standards for responsible AI use; translate complex commercial data into AI-augmented insights; partner cross-functionally with commercial teams, tech vendors, and legal/compliance; and influence enterprise AI strategy. Requirements: 12+ years in biopharma analytics, data science, or BI; hands-on experience deploying AI (LLMs, NLP, predictive models); deep knowledge of pharma data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, claims, EHR); experience establishing data governance and analytics quality protocols; Bachelor’s degree (advanced preferred). High-Value: biopharma (oncology focus implied), commercial analytics, AI deployment, regulated industry experience, cross-functional influence, strategic vision for AI adoption.
