Position Overview
Lead finance business partner for the global Customer & Strategy organization (Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Business Operations), focused on the US and key ex-US markets. Own forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning and related reporting; configure finance IT systems; partner on GTN modeling, COGS allocation and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities
- Serve as lead finance partner to Customer & Strategy teams (US and key ex-US markets).
- Own monthly budget performance reviews: analyze actuals, explain variance to budget/forecast, translate drivers into actions.
- Lead annual budget, forecast, long-range planning and scenario analysis with Business Insights, Market Access (GTN), C&S Business Leaders (OPEX) and Accounting (actuals).
- Design, implement and govern the Gross-to-Net (GTN) process (deduction assumptions, accruals/reserves, true-ups) with cross-functional review/sign-off.
- Implement ASC 606 revenue recognition policies and controls with Accounting.
- Build scalable commercial finance processes, SOPs, SOX-ready controls and reporting infrastructure.
- Support/scale finance systems; evaluate and implement new tools.
- Support launch readiness and future commercialization; build infrastructure for entry into new international markets.
- Prepare executive and Board-level presentations and analytics.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics (MBA and/or CPA preferred).
- 10+ years progressive finance experience in biotech/pharma.
- Demonstrated experience building commercial finance infrastructure.
- Hands-on ERP and enterprise planning systems (e.g., SAP/NetSuite, SAC, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning).
- Knowledge of ASC 606; pricing/reimbursement/government pricing (AMP, ASP, Best Price, 340B); channel economics; commercial contracting.
- Experience supporting launch- or commercial-stage biotech (essential).
- Strong international/multi-market experience (or ability to extend US frameworks).
- Strong partnership across Accounting, Supply Chain, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Business Operations.
- Strong strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
- Essential: financial modeling/analytics, process design & transformation, executive-level presentation.
