Duration: 18-month contract role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a GCA Technology Strategy and Transformation roadmap aligned to Global Corporate Affairs priorities.
- Lead strategic technology assessments to modernize business processes and simplify technology ecosystems.
- Drive adoption and maturity of the Product Operating Model (roadmap planning, prioritization, governance, value measurement).
- Lead GCA’s AI readiness strategy; build capabilities, governance, operating models, and skills to scale AI responsibly.
- Drive adoption of generative AI, agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, enterprise AI solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Establish AI governance, value realization metrics, and adoption frameworks.
- Lead enterprise knowledge/content management strategy (creation, discovery, reuse, lifecycle management, retention).
- Partner with Corporate Communications, Government Affairs, Media Relations, Brand, Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Security, Privacy, Risk, and Global Services.
- Oversee portfolio for AI, knowledge management, workflow automation, digital experiences, and employee productivity.
- Lead, coach, and develop Product Owners and technology professionals.
- Measure success via business outcomes, OKRs, value realization, adoption, risk reduction, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years in technology, strategy, digital transformation, product management, or related.
- 5+ years people leadership in technology/product/strategy/transformation.
- Enterprise-scale digital transformation experience delivering measurable business value.
- Proven experience in a Product Operating Model environment.
- Experience with product portfolios/roadmaps, governance, OKRs, business cases, value realization.
- Practical experience with generative/agentic AI and Microsoft Copilot for business outcomes.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, privacy/security/risk, data ethics, and compliant AI.
- Experience with AI readiness, organizational change management, adoption programs.
- Knowledge management/content management, workflow automation, data & analytics strategy, risk/compliance.

Preferred skills: Business Architecture, Business Process Design, Emerging Technologies, HCI, Leadership, Organizational Change Management, PaaS, Product Knowledge, Program Management, Software Development Management, Strategic Change, Tactical Planning, Technical Credibility.

Benefits (time off)
- Vacation: 120 hours/year; Sick time: 40 hours/year (or 56 hours/year in Washington); Holiday pay (incl. Floating Holidays): 13 days/year; Work/Personal/Family time: up to 40 hours/year; Parental Leave: 480 hours within one year; Condolence Leave: 30 days immediate family / 5 days extended family; Caregiver Leave: 10 days; Volunteer Leave: 4 days; Military Spouse Time-Off: 80 hours.
