Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead future-ready measurement frameworks for Customer Engagement and Go-to-Market success across the enterprise.
- Translate complex performance signals (e.g., claims, prescribing, payer, CRM insights) into clear strategic measurement constructs.
- Shape balanced scorecards measuring both outcomes and critical enterprise behaviors, using an outside-in perspective with Insights and Decision Science (IDS).
- Advise senior leadership with forward-looking performance trends, risks, and opportunities alongside IDS.
- Reimagine incentive compensation strategies for evolving field roles, customer archetypes, and modern engagement models.
- Steward incentive frameworks with Incentive Compensation teams to ensure they are equitable, transparent, and motivating.
- Continuously evolve metrics and incentives based on market dynamics, transformation priorities, and field feedback with IDS.
- Partner with IDS, Finance, Field Leadership, and field enablement to keep performance frameworks agile and operationally impactful.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- 8+ years’ experience in incentive design, performance management, or field operations strategy in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Deep expertise in incentive compensation strategy, customer engagement metrics, and drivers of field performance.
- Proven ability to design and scale innovative data-driven models linking enterprise insights to field execution.
- Strong fluency in healthcare systems (payer/provider dynamics, enterprise account management, technology trends).
- Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in matrix organizations.
- Exceptional analytical/strategic thinking; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Trusted collaborator and communicator across functions, geographies, and field teams.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with enterprise incentive compensation platforms and advanced analytics tools.
- Consulting or high-growth background; scalable global/multi-market measurement and incentive design with fairness and comparability.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary expected: $185,500–$344,500/year.
- Performance-based cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards depending on role level.
