Director, FP&A (Commercial)

Role: Director of FP&A (Commercial) at Beam Therapeutics, focusing on financial planning, modeling, and commercial revenue projections for gene editing therapies, notably within the Risto-cel program. Responsibilities: lead planning cycles, ensure data accuracy across functions, conduct variance analysis, and assess risks and opportunities; develop complex models supporting strategic decisions; collaborate with Commercial, Manufacturing, and Accounting teams to validate revenue forecasts and commercial patient projections; handle special projects. Requirements: 8+ years of FP&A experience, including 2+ years in biotech commercial FP&A; Bachelor's in finance or accounting; strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial modeling, and Excel; experience with SAP, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights; capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines. Preferred: biotech industry background, experience in gene therapy or biotech product commercialization. Work setup: onsite 1-3 days/week.
