Role: Lead the Finance transformation at Moderna, focusing on modernizing planning, forecasting, and management reporting across FP&A, Accounting, and Tax within the Record-to-Analyze (R2A) value chain. Responsibilities: develop and execute an integrated transformation roadmap; identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and leverage AI; oversee cross-functional initiatives from strategy to adoption; shape Finance data, technology, and analytics capabilities; and manage the overall transformation portfolio to ensure value realization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields; over 10 years of experience in Finance transformation, FP&A, or related roles; expertise with SAP, Oracle EPM, and financial data systems; proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects; strong analytical, stakeholder influence, and communication skills. Preferred: experience in biopharma or regulated industries, applying AI and automation, advanced analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI, and management consulting background; advanced degrees such as MBA, CPA, or CFA.
