Director, Finance Internal Audit

Role: Finance Director, Internal Audit overseeing global financial and operational audits across AbbVie's manufacturing, commercial, and administrative sites. Objectives: ensure internal controls' effectiveness, compliance with policies and regulations, and risk mitigation. Responsibilities: develop and execute audit plans, assess internal control systems, support data analytics initiatives, and lead a team of around 11 professionals through recruitment, training, and development. Conduct audits at worldwide locations, report findings to senior leadership, and support policy interpretation and internal controls. Qualifications: Bachelor's in accounting or finance; CPA preferred; 12+ years of related experience including internal audit, public accounting, or financial management; prior management experience essential.
