Director, Finance Analytics, Process Excellence & AI

Role: Director, Finance Analytics, Process Excellence & AI at Alcon, leading analytics, reporting, process intelligence, automation, and AI initiatives within Finance and Procurement Operations. Responsibilities: define and execute KPI/reporting strategies, partner with process owners to identify standardization and automation opportunities, support transformation projects, lead a global analytics team, develop predictive and diagnostic analytics, evaluate AI opportunities, ensure data governance, and drive change management.
