Responsibilities include developing regional data engagement strategies, overseeing data systems and compliance, managing investigator-led trials, and representing scientific authority at major oncology events. The role involves up to 70% regional travel to engage with academic medical centers and research partnerships. Key focus areas include liquid biopsy modalities, ctDNA workflows, genomic data management, and real-world evidence generation. Collaborates closely with internal medical, scientific, and product teams to translate field data into pipeline insights. Requirements: PhD or MD in Cancer Biology, Genomics, or related fields; 6+ years of oncology research experience with 2+ years of leadership in diagnostics or biotech sectors; deep expertise in cancer genetics, liquid biopsies, NGS, and clinical data integration; proven success managing complex genomic datasets and institutional EMR systems; high mobility for domestic travel. Preferred: experience in translational oncology, investigator-led trial oversight, and biobank or data-sharing initiatives. High-value specifics: focus on cell-free DNA, minimal residual disease, liquid biopsy modalities, genomics, clinical utility, and regulatory compliance within oncology. Location: remote USA; travel 50-70%.
