Responsibilities:
- Set strategy and lead execution for US Commercial CRM and field technology enablement; ensure scalable tech drives engagement, productivity, and decision-making.
- Shape integrated technology/data solutions for the field by connecting business needs to CRM capabilities, processes, and governance.
- Define and deliver a US Commercial CRM strategy/roadmap aligned to enterprise and data strategy; enhance customer engagement.
- Develop sustainable prioritization across business units; oversee end-to-end CRM lifecycle and fit-for-purpose capabilities for field engagement, task/target management, and integrations.
- Lead US Commercial CRM migration with IT (DTE), including planning, execution, and change management.
- Implement CRM Field Technology project management standards; ensure CRM functionality aligns with sales/marketing goals.
- Drive optimized βpull throughβ of IC/sales planning processes, field analytics, sampling, spend transparency, and consent management.
- Establish SOPs; lead/develop a high-performing CRM Field Technology team.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Deep experience implementing and optimizing Commercial systems for CRM adoption; advanced CRM capabilities.
- Experience managing vendors, contingent workers, and budgets.
- Deep knowledge of biopharma commercial operations processes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Strategic enterprise mindset; strong prioritization in ambiguity.
Experience:
- 15+ years in life sciences; 8+ years managing Veeva CRM supporting field teams.
- 8+ years technology project management; 5+ years managing 3+ direct reports.
Compensation:
- Pay range: $185,900β$278,900; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
