Director, Field Reimbursement Lead โ€“ West (Field-based)

How you will contribute:
- Build, lead, and empower a high-performing regional team of Field Reimbursement Directors with expertise in access, coverage, and reimbursement across all sites of care
- Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, results-driven team culture with accountability and proactive engagement with internal/external stakeholders
- Provide performance management, coaching, and talent development to strengthen capability and succession readiness
- Establish and foster strong relationships with sales leadership across the US Oncology Business Unit (USOBU) to drive alignment and business impact
- Partner with the Head of Field Reimbursement to shape access strategies, tactical execution, performance metrics, and aligned messaging in support of Pricing, Access and Value priorities and brand planning
- Use data/insights to identify regional trends impacting barriers to access and partner with Sales, Patient Services, Strategic Account Management, and Market Access to develop targeted initiatives
- Drive consistent, compliant execution through team forums, field coaching, and key meeting engagement using approved tools and educational resources with healthcare professionals
- Ensure adherence to compliant ways of working across cross-functional partnerships and field interactions within the region

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, management, marketing, or related field (required)
- 10+ years biotech/pharma experience including 5+ years patient access or relevant reimbursement (required)
- 2+ years โ€˜buy and billโ€™ experience (required)
- 3+ years in Field Reimbursement Management with proven team leadership in a matrix environment (required)
- Demonstrated experience in buy and bill reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, payer dynamics, copay assistance, and HUB services (required)
- Oncology launch experience for both oral and injectable products (highly preferred)
- Strong business acumen, strategic/analytical thinking, executive presence
- Ability to build credibility/trust through collaborative leadership
- Exceptional communicator (verbal and written)

- Must reside in assigned area of responsibility
- Ability to travel 50โ€“75%
- Valid driverโ€™s license
