How you will contribute:
- Build, lead, and empower a high-performing regional team of Field Reimbursement Directors with expertise in access, coverage, and reimbursement across all sites of care
- Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, results-driven team culture that promotes accountability and proactive engagement with internal/external stakeholders
- Provide performance management, coaching, and talent development for capability and succession readiness
- Establish strong relationships with sales leadership across USOBU to drive alignment and business impact
- Partner with the Head of Field Reimbursement to shape access strategies, execution, performance metrics, and aligned messaging supporting Pricing, Access and Value priorities and brand planning
- Use data/insights to identify regional access barriers and partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Patient Services, Strategic Account Management, Market Access) to develop and execute targeted initiatives
- Drive consistent, compliant execution through team forums, field coaching, and key meeting engagement using approved tools and resources with healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliant ways of working across cross-functional partnerships and field interactions within the region

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or related field (required)
- 10+ years biotech/pharma experience with 5+ years patient access or relevant reimbursement (required)
- 2+ years “buy and bill” experience (required)
- 3+ years Field Reimbursement Management with proven ability to lead/develop in a matrix environment (required)
- Demonstrated experience in buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, payer dynamics, copay assistance, and HUB services (required)
- Oncology launch experience for oral and injectable products (highly preferred)
- Strong business acumen; strategic/analytical thinking; executive presence
- Credibility/trust with internal and external stakeholders through collaborative leadership
- Exceptional communicator (verbal and written)
- Must reside in assigned area of responsibility; travel 50–75%; valid driver’s license
