Director, Field Reimbursement Lead – West
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a regional team of Field Reimbursement Directors supporting US Oncology Business Unit (USOBU).
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship; ensure consistent execution of national strategies across patient access, payer policy, and patient support programs.
- Drive operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and optimize patient access across the oncology portfolio; deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Build and lead a high-performing team; provide performance management, coaching, and talent development.
- Partner with the Head of Field Reimbursement on access strategies, performance metrics, and messaging aligned to Pricing, Access and Value and brand planning.
- Use data to identify regional access barriers and develop targeted initiatives with Sales, Patient Services, Strategic Account Management, and Market Access.
- Ensure compliant execution through forums, field coaching, and use of approved tools/resources with healthcare professionals.

Minimum/Preferred qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Management/Marketing or related).
- 10+ years biotech/pharma; 5+ years patient access or relevant reimbursement.
- 2+ years “buy and bill.”
- 3+ years Field Reimbursement Management with proven matrix leadership.
- Experience in buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, payer dynamics, copay assistance, and HUB services.
- Oncology launch experience (oral and injectable) preferred.
- Strong business acumen, strategic/analytical thinking, executive presence; credibility-building leadership.
- Exceptional communication (verbal/written). Commitment to Integrity, Fairness, Honesty, Perseverance (Integrity at center).
- Must reside in assigned area; travel 50–75%; valid driver’s license.
