Director, Field Reimbursement Management - HIV Prevention - West

Role: Director, Field Reimbursement Management (FRM) – West for HIV Prevention, responsible for leading a nationwide team of FRMs to ensure patient access to Gilead's therapies. Responsibilities: oversee team leadership, foster cross-functional collaboration, develop talent, and serve as a subject matter expert on reimbursement policies; build stakeholder relationships; analyze market and policy trends; and drive reimbursement strategies aligned with business goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, or Master's/PhD with 10+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare reimbursement; proven leadership in field reimbursement, particularly within HIV or specialty pharma; extensive knowledge of healthcare policies, insurance regulations, and payer landscapes (including commercial, Medicare, Medicaid); and experience managing large provider accounts. Preferences: experience with specialty pharmacies, HUB services, multiple buying models, and a willingness to travel 75% across the West region.
