Director, Field Reimbursement Management - HIV Prevention - West

Role: Director, Field Reimbursement Management (FRM) – West for HIV Prevention, responsible for leading a remote, field-based team of FRMs to ensure patient access to Gilead's therapies. Responsibilities: provide leadership and foster collaboration within the team, develop talent, influence cross-functional strategies, and maintain expertise in reimbursement policies; build stakeholder relationships and analyze market data to optimize access strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in pharma/biotech reimbursement, or advanced degree with proportionally fewer years; proven leadership skills, deep knowledge of healthcare policies, insurance landscape (including specialty pharmacy, Medicare, Medicaid), and experience managing complex provider accounts. Preferred: experience in specialty pharmacies, HUB services, multiple buying models, and willingness to travel up to 75%.
