Director, Field HEOR

Role: Field-based HEOR Science Liaison supporting payers and healthcare decision makers in the US for a biopharma company developing psychiatric treatments, including psilocybin-based therapies for TRD and PTSD. Responsibilities: establish and maintain relationships with payers and HCDMs; deliver scientifically rigorous presentations on clinical, real-world, and pharmacoeconomic data; support evidence generation through observational studies and economic models; gather payer landscape intelligence and communicate insights internally; collaborate with cross-functional teams for education and alignment; ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Requirements: advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, MPH/MS) in a relevant health or scientific discipline; 8+ years pharma/biotech experience with 5+ years in HEOR, market access, or value/outcomes roles; deep knowledge of health economics, US payer landscape, formulary and reimbursement processes; strong communication skills for complex data translation; willingness to travel 50-70%.
