Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver end-to-end execution outcomes across assigned Therapeutic Areas (steady-state operations, launches, enterprise change initiatives) through a team of Field Execution Leads.
- Ensure Field Execution Leads are single points of execution ownership for their Therapeutic Areas, delivering priorities with clarity, sequencing, and follow-through.
- Oversee execution health across Therapeutic Areas; identify systemic risks, recurring friction, and execution breakdowns requiring multi-TA intervention.
- Drive timely decisions and corrective actions using standardized business review outputs.
- Apply consistent escalation paths, decision rights, and governance; resolve execution issues once at the system level.
- Validate execution prerequisites (processes, tools, training, sequencing) with planning, enablement, and infrastructure teams prior to field deployment.
- Lead, coach, and develop Field Execution Leads; calibrate execution judgment for escalation, risk management, and resolution.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- 8+ years’ experience in commercial execution, field operations, launch management, or complex enterprise delivery (pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar).
- People leadership experience (coaching/developing execution-focused roles).
- Consistent execution outcomes across multiple Therapeutic Areas within a shared execution system.
- Experience operating within structured governance/cadences/decision models.
- Strong judgment and communication skills; translate execution signals into system-level decisions.
- Comfortable in highly visible, change-intensive environments; 30% travel.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed field organizations.
- Familiarity with enterprise operating models, execution governance, or performance management systems.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Expected salary range: $185,500–$344,500/year; performance-based cash incentive; annual equity eligibility (role-dependent).
