Role: Associate Director of Evidence Generation in Global Medical Affairs, focusing on cardiovascular diseases with an emphasis on immunology and inflammation. Responsibilities: develop and execute evidence-generation plans aligning with product strategy; conduct studies on disease natural history, treatment trends, claims data, and registries; manage timelines, budgets, and CRO activities; translate findings into clear messaging and present data to diverse audiences; collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure evidence meets clinical and scientific needs; improve evidence processes, including innovative tools and AI. Requirements: 10+ years in evidence generation or related fields; advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MS, MPH); direct experience with disease registries, preferably in rare diseases; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools; ability to work onsite in Lexington, with some travel.
