Director – ERP Delivery and Operations (FICO)
As Director of ERP Delivery and Operations for FICO, guide the “engine room” of Elanco’s global financial systems, ensuring reliability, compliance, and evolution of the SAP landscape for core Finance and Controlling operations in a product-aligned model.
Your Responsibilities:
- Guide, develop, and mentor a globally distributed IT team.
- Own end-to-end delivery and operational support for the ERP FICO portfolio (intake, prioritization, and release management).
- Streamline and mature IT processes (change and release management) with SOX/GxP and IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance.
- Partner with business stakeholders and internal technology leaders; serve as primary escalation point for delivery issues.
- Execute continuous improvement strategy, including vendor oversight and resourcing plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years in IT; 4+ years leading technical teams.
- Proven delivery/support experience for large-scale ERP (SAP/Oracle) in core finance domains.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a global technical team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing/supporting SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience transitioning teams from waterfall to product-centric delivery.
- Experience maturing IT processes in post-separation/startup environments (change, release, problem management).
- Deep SOX/GxP regulated environment experience.
- Ability to build relationships and influence in complex matrixed organizations.
