Director – ERP Delivery and Operations (FICO)
Responsibilities:
- Guide, develop, and mentor a diverse, high-performing, globally distributed team of IT professionals.
- Own end-to-end delivery and operational support for the ERP FICO portfolio (intake, prioritization, release management) with Product Managers and business leaders.
- Streamline and mature key IT processes (change and release management) while ensuring SOX/GxP compliance and IT General Controls (ITGC).
- Build relationships with business stakeholders and internal technology leaders; serve as primary escalation point for delivery issues.
- Define and execute continuous improvement strategy, including vendor oversight and resourcing plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years in IT; 4+ years leading technical teams.
- Proven delivery and support of large-scale ERP solutions (SAP/Oracle) in core finance domains.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a global technical team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in product-aligned IT and transitioning from waterfall to product-centric models.
- Experience maturing IT processes post-separation or in a startup environment (change, release, problem management).
- Deep familiarity with SOX and GxP regulated environments.
- Ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
