Responsibilities:
- Lead communications for enterprise transformation initiatives (operating model evolution, org change, new ways of working, capability building, digital/AI-enabled transformation, global capability expansion, and other cross-functional initiatives).
- Develop and execute enterprise transformation communications strategies and long-term change journeys.
- Create consistent narratives connecting transformation to business outcomes, employee experience, operational effectiveness, culture, and patient impact.
- Translate complex operating model/process/technology/org changes into accessible, people-centered communications.
- Advise senior leaders and serve as strategic communications advisor; develop executive presentations, leader messages, FAQs, cascade materials, and town hall content.
- Build employee awareness, understanding, confidence, and engagement during change; design change-readiness/adoption/feedback/leader enablement plans.
- Partner on governance/risk/message alignment; ensure messaging is accurate, responsible, clear, credible, and consistent across functions/geographies.
- Lead cross-functional communications planning/execution; coordinate integrated plans across channels; manage agency/vendor relationships as appropriate.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BA in communications/liberal arts/business/science + 12+ years relevant experience OR MS + 10+ years OR PhD + 8+ years.
- Relevant experience: healthcare public relations experience.
