Director, Enterprise Transformation Communications

Role: Enterprise Transformation Communications Director at Gilead, leading strategic internal communications for major organizational change initiatives, including operating model evolution, digital transformation, and global capability expansion. Responsibilities: develop and implement communication strategies that articulate transformation goals, create clear narratives connecting change to business and patient impact, advise senior leaders on messaging, and lead employee engagement efforts to foster understanding and buy-in. Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Legal, Public Affairs) to ensure consistent, credible messaging across geographies and channels, integrating communication plans into governance processes and managing agency/vendor relationships. Requirements: BA in communications, liberal arts, business, or science plus 12+ years relevant experience; or MS with 10+ years; or PhD with 8+ years, preferably with healthcare/public relations background.
