Responsibilities
- Lead communications for enterprise transformation initiatives (operating model evolution, org change, new ways of working, capability building, digital/AI transformation, global capability expansion).
- Develop and execute transformation communications strategy and long-term change narratives tied to business outcomes, employee experience, culture, operational effectiveness, and patient impact.
- Provide strategic advisory to senior leaders; create executive presentations, talking points, leader messages, FAQs, cascade and town hall materials.
- Drive employee engagement/change communications (readiness, adoption, feedback loops, leader enablement; practical βwhatβs changing/whatβs nextβ materials; proof points and employee stories).
- Ensure message alignment and governance integration; assess comms risks/concerns and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, HR and others.
- Lead cross-functional communications planning/execution across functions/geographies; coordinate integrated activation via multiple channels; manage agencies/vendors as needed.
People Leader Accountabilities
- Create inclusion; develop talent via coaching/feedback; empower teams by aligning goals and removing barriers.
Qualifications
- BA + 12+ years relevant experience, or MS + 10+ years, or PhD + 8+ years.
- Relevant experience: healthcare public relations.

- Salary range: Bay Area $210,375β$272,250; Other US locations $191,250β$247,500. Discretionary bonus/long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
