Director, Enterprise Third-Party Risk Management Operations & Governance

Role: Lead operational execution and governance of Vertex's enterprise Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, focusing on integrating processes, stakeholder engagement, and scaling capabilities. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end third-party risk lifecycle, develop governance routines, manage external service providers, and drive continuous process improvement and automation. Collaborate closely with TPRM leadership, business functions, legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure operational excellence and program maturity. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or Risk Management; 7+ years in third-party risk, with strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Certifications like CRMA, CTPRP, or CISM preferred.
