Director, Enterprise Data Management & Governance Lead

Role: Lead enterprise data governance for a biotech focused on lipid-related therapies, ensuring data is provable, trustworthy, and compliant. Responsibilities: develop and oversee data governance strategy, manage metadata, lineage, and master data across clinical, commercial, and regulatory domains; establish GxP readiness for data platforms; govern data quality, vendor data supply, and AI data provenance; collaborate with Security, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and QA to implement controls. Requirements: 8-10 years in data governance or management, with leadership experience; strong background in life sciences data, GxP compliance (Part 11, ALCOA+), and modern cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud; proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools like dbt; proven track record designing enterprise governance programs. Preferred: experience with GxP validation in cloud environments, clinical-to-commercial transitions, CDISC standards, GDPR/privacy, SOX controls, and commercial pharma data. Work setup: remote with in-person requirements in Philadelphia based on business needs.
