Enterprise AI Strategy & Narrative
- Develop and execute an enterprise communications strategy supporting AI vision, priorities, and roadmap.
- Create narratives connecting AI capabilities to business outcomes, employee experience, responsible use, and patient impact.
- Own and maintain a consistent internal AI narrative/messaging platform across workstreams, audiences, channels, leadership teams, and the internal joint council.
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Monitor AI developments to inform internal narrative and communications.
Executive Communications & Thought Leadership
- Advise senior IT/enterprise leaders; develop executive presentations, speeches, talking points, leadership messaging, and thought leadership.
- Support AI communications for leadership forums, enterprise meetings, Board discussions, and other high-visibility moments.
Employee Engagement & Adoption
- Lead engagement strategies building awareness, understanding, and confidence in AI.
- Design communications campaigns for AI literacy, adoption, and responsible use.
- Showcase priority use cases, success stories, and measurable impact.
Responsible AI & Governance Communications
- Develop communications for Responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, and enterprise policies.
- Ensure clear communication on AI risk management, compliance, oversight, and employee expectations.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Technology Communications
- Lead communications planning/execution for multi-functional AI initiatives.
- Partner across IT, HR, Development, Legal, Compliance, Public Affairs, and Corporate Communications; manage agency/vendor relationships as appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree + 12+ yearsโ experience OR Masterโs + 1+ year OR PhD + 8+ years.
- Relevant experience may include years of healthcare public relations.

Benefits/Compensation (if applicable)
- Bay Area: $210,375โ$272,250; Other US: $191,250โ$247,500. May be eligible for bonus, long-term incentives, PTO, and benefits.
