Director, End-to-End Systems Integration
Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and operational framework for GCS-facing end-to-end systems integrations (primary focus on SAP; incl. IRT, Veeva, and external vendor interfaces).
- Partner with business system owners, IT, SMEs, and vendors to ensure integration performance, reliability, and proactive issue resolution.
- Define and oversee integration health monitoring (KPIs, incident trends, root cause analysis, remediation).
- Monitor critical integrations; manage exception handling and escalation.
- Coordinate triage and resolution of integration defects/failures.
- Translate technical issues to business impact and business needs to technical requirements.
- Support functional requirements, data mapping, exception handling, and operational support processes.
- Drive continuous improvement (robustness, reliability, scalability; automation; controls; simpler architecture).
- Assess integration changes for business impact; test and implement with controls/documentation.
- Support release planning, cutover readiness, and hypercare; ensure GxP/validation/data integrity compliance where applicable.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree (Supply Chain, CS/IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related).
Experience:
- 10+ years progressive experience (pharma/biotech/supply chain/IT or related).
- 5+ years supporting complex SAP integrations/interface operations/digital initiatives.
- Experience with SAP integrations, IRT/RTSM, Veeva, and external vendor interfaces in regulated environments.
Technical/Operational Skills:
- SAP Supply Chain Management knowledge.
- Integration platforms: OpenText, Informatica, SAP BTP.
- KPI/service metric definition and tracking for digital system health/performance.
- Validation, change control, SDLC, and GxP expectations.
Preferred:
- Masterโs/MBA; dashboarding/observability tools; clinical supply chain/operations/pharma manufacturing exposure; relevant certifications.
