Director, Drug Development AI Nexus Decision Integration Lead

Responsibilities:
- Translate Drug Development strategic priorities into AI-enabled workflows, data requirements, and AI Nexus roadmap priorities.
- Serve as Drug Development anchor for AI Nexus; embed executable workflows into Global Program Teams (GPTs) and governance forums.
- Map, prioritize, and redesign key decision points (phase transitions, regulatory milestone reviews, portfolio governance) using AI evidence, agentic analysis, and learning loops.
- Partner with AI Nexus Product Leadership (BI&T) and Platform Engineering to ensure platform build/iteration meets Drug Development decision needs.
- Operate as an “embedded translator” converting ambiguous decision problems into structured, AI-ready workflow requirements with defined data requirements.
- Drive adoption via live GPT value and change management; build a network of champions and GPT leads.
- Develop adoption strategies by Drug Development archetype; contribute to the shift to an agentic operating model.
- Contribute to AI Nexus SteerCo/working groups; track/report adoption, impact, and ROI aligned to decision quality, speed, and portfolio outcomes.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Credible drug development leader bridging science, operations, and technology.
- Deep understanding of development decision-making; ability to translate complex business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Comfort across portfolio strategy, development planning, phase transitions, governance, data architecture, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, influence without authority, ability to mobilize cross-functional teams.
