Role Summary
- Director, Distribution, Logistics & Trade leading U.S. commercial distribution readiness, logistics operations, and end-to-end material movement across Dyneโ€™s external manufacturing and distribution network. Manages U.S. 3PL operations and supports compliant international trade execution and efficient material flow.

Responsibilities
- Lead operational readiness and ongoing operations of U.S. 3PL for commercial distribution.
- Manage material movement across global supply network (CMO-to-warehouse transfers).
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments with CMOs, carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers to ensure timely, compliant execution.
- Monitor logistics performance, inventory movements, shipment status, and operational KPIs for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement scalable distribution/logistics processes for supply expansion and growth.
- Align distribution/logistics capabilities to launch readiness and evolving commercial needs.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply during clinical-to-commercial transition and commercialization.
- Ensure import/export execution in compliance with applicable trade regulations and physical/financial flow requirements.
- Create/review/maintain import/export documentation for customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
- Support entity registrations and trade-related license applications (e.g., VAT, EORI).
- Partner with Finance on product classification, country of origin, and customs valuation.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, Quality, and external advisors; support intercompany/vendor agreements (ownership, Incoterms, trade responsibilities); identify/mitigate logistics and trade risks.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or related).
- 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or trade compliance in biotech/pharma/healthcare or other regulated industry.
- Experience supporting/leโ€‹ading commercial launch activities (biotech/pharma).
- Proven experience managing 3PLs, CMOs, and external logistics partners globally.
- Strong international trade compliance knowledge (import/export, Incoterms, customs, classifications).
- Ability to build scalable, cross-functional processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational/communication/stakeholder management; collaborative, self-directed, sound judgment.

Pay Range
- $195,000 - $230,000 USD
