Responsibilities: partner with disease area leaders, develop financial analyses for different disease programs, and drive process improvements; represent finance in cross-functional collaborations, especially in modeling and scenario analysis for drug discovery and development. Requirements: Bachelor's in finance, business, economics, or accounting; 10+ years in FP&A, strategy, or related roles within biotech, pharma, or life sciences; expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic planning; strong communication skills for stakeholder influence; experience with healthcare/biotech industries and enterprise planning tools like Hyperion; leadership in process improvement. Preferred: advanced degree (MBA), experience with portfolio management and cross-functional collaboration at senior levels, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
